The Partner Project

Clarity, confidence, and connection: The guided path to lasting love

About the program

The Partner Project is a deep, transformational, hands-on coaching program for high-performing single men.

Are you tired of repeating the same dating cycles & are ready to choose a life partner that adds, supports & enriches your life?

Then this program is for you.

You don’t need more dates. You need better decisions.

Together, we will look at how you choose women, by targeting the patterns, standards, and blind spots that keep costing you time, energy, and the right partner.

How it works

Each week, we meet for a focused 90-minute session where we break down your current situation, refine your approach, and apply the work directly to your dating life.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to a private community where you can get support, ask questions, and stay on track.

The program is designed to fit around your life with a commitment of around 2 hours per week to implement what we’re working on.

Weekly group calls, private community access, and full access to all workbooks, exercises, and frameworks.

If you prefer a more private experience, you also have the option of choosing the Intensive 1-1 Coaching experience. You get everything in The Group, plus private weekly 90-minute sessions, unlimited direct messaging access to me, and fully customised support based on your situation.

For most men, one right relationship decision outweighs the cost of years spent in the wrong one.

What People Are Saying

  • Learning What a Healthy Relationship Looks Like

Christina helped me understand how to create a happy and healthy relationship. As I began the work, she gave me effective tools to support myself through the process and helped me gain a better perspective of what healthy relationships should look like for me.

I also had a few very difficult personal challenges to deal with during my time with Christina. She did an excellent job supporting me through them by understanding my fears and anxieties while showing tremendous empathy and compassion. She really cares about her clients and has always been there for me whenever I need her.

I’ve worked with other counselors and coaches in the past, and Christina is one of the best out there.

  • From Toxic Attachment to Mental Clarity

I worked with Christina for a year on her program Heartbreak to Healing and what I got was mental clarity. I was able to stick to and accept the reality of my situation. I strengthened my voice of reason and was able to distance myself from romanticizing a relationship that was toxic and abusive.

Christina taught me patience, to love and prioritize myself without feeling guilty. I became a person who stopped seeking external validation.

  • Breaking People-Pleasing and Reclaiming Direction

Christina and I discussed my people-pleasing tendency over many of our sessions. She helped me recreate my personal narrative. The story I tell myself and develop healthier strategies in areas of my life where I had previously felt stuck.

I am the kind of person who never wants to feel stuck. But it happens. As a coach, Christina helped me keep moving and pursue the life of authenticity I strive for.

Christina achieves the fine balance between listening with empathy and refocusing, while asking the questions that need to be asked in order to help her clients. I am beyond grateful to have benefited from her coaching. I now feel that each day gives me the opportunity to write my own personal narrative and refine my values and goals as a result of her support. I would recommend Christina to anyone who feels confused, hopeless, or in need of personal guidance.

  • Focused, Results Driven Coaching Worth the Investment

Christina is an excellent communicator, an essential trait for a successful coach or counseling professional. She listens tentatively to every minute detail of each session, analyzing carefully and thoughtfully, and guiding you along in a very personal journey of self-discovery, at your own pace.

The sessions are unique with a high focus on achieving results. Christina and I realized one session was not enough for my situation and we ended up doing three. From an individual who is obsessed with time and efficiency productivity, all three sessions were well worth the investment.

  • Clear Insight Into Relationship Patterns

Christina’s mastery of relationship dynamics becomes clear in the first few minutes of conversation with her. She has spent a lifetime diagnosing toxic behaviors that hinder relationship growth, is incredibly knowledgeable and insightful when it comes to the work required to unlearn these patterns of behavior, and has an intuitive style that connects seamlessly with your emotional experience.

Her workshop opened my mind and heart to many of the ways I’m continuing to perpetuate my own toxicity, as well as some techniques I can use to be checking in with myself and practice mindfulness on my own time. I would highly recommend her relationship coaching to anyone that’s having difficulty improving themselves and the extent they feel they deserve.

  • Breaking Through Emotional Blocks

Christina’s structured approach and detailed questions helped me get to the bottom of where I experience blocks in my relationships. Her attention to detail really enabled me to go beneath surface layers to explore hidden emotions. In this way, I was able to come up with practical solutions to help me become aware of when I am in emotional blockages. I particularly enjoyed her positivity and how she continuously checked in with me along the way. I felt supported and empowered.
